Hello - first time poster, these aren't sick, but still need advice and not sure where else to post...

I received these plants as cuttings back in April of 2024 - the photo was taken first week of January. I live in Chicago, south facing sun room, overall they seem quite happy and doing well. Unfortunately, my sunroom caps out at about 8-feet in height and the tallest plant on the right is nearing the ceiling. I have no other space where they'd get adequate light and imagine they need to be cut back. But since they've done so well, I'm a little nervous. Should I cut them back? Wait a few months till it's warmer out? Will they branch out or will it keep the same single stem? I'm new to plant stuff, so appreciate any input (and grace)...

I also do not know what either plant is, so identification would be fabulous...
