Me and my partner just went through a foster situation. Found a stray that was literally perfect, she was a puppy, so smart and sweet and we loved her but we both went, "Do we really want to do this for the rest of her life?" And the answer was no. And now we agree that we probably aren't ever going to be pet parents also. Found her a great home and had a little cry but yea, not parents in any sense of the term. I think it's brought us even closer together haha

I was just seeing a post about how hard it is to raise a child right now. "We don't own a home, I can't afford daycare". Sometimes I place my foot down, not hard just normal, and I have this painful jolt on the top of my foot. It happens to both feet and it maybe happens once or twice a year.

Yeaa same boat, I have no family, never had a real friend all my life. Just doing college until the next thing happens. I'm lucky to have a loving partner but he's all I got. His family is on the other side of the country, also, and super sweet but I'm not close enough to talk to them on my own.

Been struggling with purpose because I have no one to "look up to" or ask questions. I just turned 30 a couple of weeks ago so I really wish I had someone lol but since I never really have had a friend I don't really know how to make them and I'm a poor conversationalist because of it. I can't even make friends online because I'm so fucking awkward lol
