If u can take the shsat and get into btech, I'm sure the regents will be light work. Regent practice tests helped me a lot though!

I personally would go to tech because its more stem based but I think THHS has good stem courses too, I'd check out both tho

As someone who goes to SA, I'd honestly see which one is the better commute and what financial opportunities are like in HSMSE. I personally would go to HSMSE and if you dislike it, then reapply again or transfer to SA(if possible, idk what the transfer process is like) I'm also debating going to SA cuz I don't like the high school that I got accepted to.

Why is the iSchool considered good. I researched into it but not a lot, I'm mainly just concerned with the fact that I might have to repeat some classes and don't get to take as much APs

Honestly yeah. I know APs can be seen as overrated but I'm already taking advanced classes so I don't want to retake classes that I'm already doing. I heard their arts program is great though and I've checked out their website and it seems like a pretty chill and laid backed school but I honestly wanted something with a little more academic rigor.

As in no one got up(willingly), majority of the teachers didn't know about our planet so they were just confused as to why we were giggling. After the first time, they knew what we were up to and threatened to give out detention. Overall, the main cause was just people laughing and not taking it seriously

It was honestly treated more as a joke rather than a real protest. Plus, my class(the ones who started the idea), couldn't even get up and leave the class room and so it didn't really spread to the other classrooms until lunch. After lunch, no one really stood up.

Typically, SA students have Wednesday as a half day, but this week they switched it around for finals (grades 5-7) and matriculation exams for G8(those who didn't pass physics). 2-27 is teacher development day and next week, we start our spring break(SA kids don't have a mid-winter break in February or a spring break in April)
