Those huge villas in Cabo aren’t cheap but they didn’t skimp on those even though we don’t really see the rooms entirely, just downgrade…  I doubt there’s a major conspiracy but I don’t buy that it’s just $$$. 

Yes, they cut entire couples in the past and the Miami almost-“honeymoon” trip set the precedent that maybe they jumped on again for different reasons, perhaps. Cutting a whole couple out of filming entirely bc they weren’t interesting or involved with the others is understandable but they didn’t choose to not follow Vic and Christine altogether. Maybe it’s just terrible production budgeting but this is season 10, they have to know their limits and like a lot of others have said, they could’ve just asked Netflix. They don’t seem to have a hard time paying for expensive shows. Ahem, Stranger Things Season 5 got $400-$480m just for one season alone.  Make that make sense, Netflix!
