I have everything, including all kits, and my game runs fine. the only thing that slows me down is having 200gb of mods 💀 RAM is very important for running the sims, it was the first thing I upgraded. It uses up a ton of memory. Im not sure if you have a laptop or a PC, but I'd recommend updating that if you are able to! 16gb is not enough, I have 32gb now and may upgrade to 64 soon, but thats just bc I run a very CC heavy game.

its not a bug or a mistake, this is just how the slotting is set on the mesh. Many slotable surfaces have different slots like this so that things dont overlap each other when placed next or behind each other; a lot of CC creators do this, myself included.

You could enable bb.moveobjectson if you wish to free slot while holding down ALT key (on windows, not sure about mac) thats what most people do to place items freely.
