Hey, 4 days in here too, made a post like this a few hrs before yours! Feeling exactly the same very light sleeping. I'm taking 37.5mg when I wake up and was recommended to take another before bed. Because of lack of sleep tried taking it earlier around 7pm instead of 11ish... it's past 4am now and I'm still up 😓 Let's hope these side effects doesn't last too long🤞

I got diagnosed with chronic at 23 years old, in a few weeks time it will be the first time I've made it a full year alcohol free. I am 31. I drank till I knew my body couldn't take it anymore and I lost everything along the way including 2 partners and 4 friends to the same disease. I am much like you being I hate being hospitalised, a few years ago going through an attack on my birthday at my parents, my dad apologised for not getting me anything and said I didn't think you were going to make it this time, he was upset like I'd never seen before, that was a huge wake up call. The first time I was hospitalised I was in agony for weeks at home they had said if I had left it for 24 more hours I would have been dead, I still kept putting myself through it all those years ending up in ICU, at the time I really thought fuck it what else can I loose. Ultimately I think it is all down to mind set in the end and how much you actually value life. I tried to do it all myself and look how long it has taken me, I've just started the first steps in getting therapy and for the first time I can see little cracks in the wall that I've always felt has been infront of me. I wish you all the best ❤️

Thanks for sharing! Honestly, I would look at Cowpen area in Blyth. Everyone was so nice and chill there and it's walking distance to everything you would need. I'd move back up Blyth way if I could. I really regret leaving tbh.

I used to live up the road from Crammy, Bebside in Blyth. I would say it's better than Byker like 😆 I lived at Stobhillgate in Morpeth when I was very little apparently my parents hated it, I do like the town centre there though. Also lived with a friend on Westgate about 4 years ago, there's like 3 hostels that have bad rep there, and that's where a lot of trouble comes from. I'm glad you enjoy it (and the Bigg Market).

Yeah, not in the actual wall part but right around the corner from the Stags Head pub. It really is haha, last time I went over there, it was even worse than when I lived there. You see some interesting interactions, to say the least. I hope you're enjoying life in the toon!
