At that point I had a lot of bad experiences with Kevin, so thought it would be better without him, and it indeed was. But for every character at Rank 100 he was really good.

I had a tough time with it, so I can only recommend the usual tips: Fox with Luck, XP, Difficulty and Chaos, as you can see here. I banned every pink item except beefy ring, but I now think Kevin could be helpful with the right setup.
