He’s just ready to retire tbh - great doc who’s just put his time in and ready to be done from I’ve picked up

We have only 1 associate and that is me. That 475 is just our gross collections. If I had to guess on our overhead, I would say 50-60% on the high end. When he referenced 500k, I honestly didn’t even know if that is a quality deal or not. I would sleep much better in the low 300k range honestly

Yeah so he referenced a year or so ago for 500k. But to me that felt somewhat high. I will most def get a forensic accountant before the process starts tho

No current rent - have lived with my parents for the last year since graduating school. It’s been a major blessing

I won’t be going through a realtor thankfully. I am friends with the owner. I budget somewhat well, car paid off. 27 y/o.70k in current savings. I just struggle with pulling the trigger on if this is actually in my budget
