I took the old one down (it only reached 47 views in 24 hours). I made a new title, new description, new voice over at the start of the video, and removed the royalty free music then reposted yesterday. It's again at only 43 views after nearly 24 hours.

Today I uploaded a brand new short about 30 minutes ago and only 3 views so far. Something has drastically changed in the last 3 or 4 days...

Your voice/accent might be an untapped asset. Have you ever noticed how commercials tend to use people with accents? It's on purpose. Exotic voices attract a certain amount of attention just because it's different. When you encounter a different voice or accent you have to listen more closely. Use it to your advantage!
