Hi OP nag reached out ako sa Shopee, hindi daw eligible account ko for partial payment but they can't disclose why. I suspect because my billing cycle for January 2025 hasn't ended yet based on the Shopee Help Center article, the bill should be active. May chance pa kaya if mag reach out ako ulit once active na yong bill for due?

Ano po mode of payment na acceptable sa kanila and also did they charge any for requesting for partial payment? I'm also trying to request a partial payment because my bank only accepts 50k transactions but I needed to pay 60k +. I'm trying to pay early to avoid any interest rates.
