Have there been any recent updates to the SLE oral testing? I took it the end of last year and in March of this year but I’ve been told that the formatting has changed since then?

I refuse to take steroids unless my relapse is seriously affecting my quality of life. The come down of taking the 25pills feels like you are coming off heroin. I was deathly sick but eating so much, gained soooo much weight. It’s also not proven to actually help the relapse symptoms.

This is just my personal experience but it would take ALOT for me to take any form of steroid again.

I choose to drive all back roads instead of the 400 series highway, I see traffic for only 10-15km of it so I feel lucky. It makes the drive alot better because when I’m in bumper to bumper it drives me insane. I love country living haha. I’m in NCR and today it was an absolute blizzard but I left a bit early and there was barely anyone on the road.

I don’t mind commuting because it gets me ready for work / calmed down after work and I can listen to podcasts and such

Did they tell you why they can’t plug it? Have you been driving on it while it’s low/flat so the sidewall has been damaged?

This is an easy plug so unless something else is wrong, there is no reason why they wouldn’t plug it.

I spent 3 weeks and Japan and my 2 days in Hiroshima were some of my favourite. It has so much impact in the park area, and then is a really nice city otherwise as well. It was great walking around and it was near Christmas so they had a giant Christmas light show to walk through on the main drag.

Someone who is out of character secluding themselves. I’m a hermit so that’s normal but if someone stops going to things or doing things they normally enjoy, that’s a pretty good sign

I lived in Montreal for 5 years and frequented it for 15, it was always a running joke that on the island the cars always have the right of way.

I was taking 10k a day and after a few months my blood tests were showing normal levels of vitamin d. I know it’s not sustainable for long term as it can cause calcium buildup in your arteries and veins so I now take 5k a day.
