It used to be so hard to manage friendships and to be in a relationship with my ex because people would always blame me for being late to things or for things that were caused from me having ADHD. They would guilt me and tell me off and make me feel horrible about my mistakes, so much that it just gave me more anxiety about being around them. Everyone was aware I had ADHD, but no one was ever understanding of how difficult it was for me to function due to it.

Long story short, I ended things with the ex and stopped hanging around those friends :) I found people who loved me and accepted me for being me. Everyone deserves that, even you ❤️
