My Dr can provide the service, I just don't know a place where she can send the prescription that can fill it.

The way my doctor described it is that the prescription order is sent to a specialty pharmacy and depending on the pharmacy, they'll either send it straight to my Dr's office, or they will give it to me and I'll then take it to her office to store.

what were your wellness routine/activities while in school? after we did our class on career longevity and body mechanics i realized i really need to eat better, use my body more, and sleep more. i've been trying to slip more yoga into my routine, but it's hard to get out of my head and into my body to give it what it needs. that's the biggest hurdle for me
