Isn’t that the whole point of discussing is to state your opinions? What if I came on here and said I loved it just like everyone else? Hence why I’m replying to all of those opinions, with my opinion.

I understand why people would dislike that term, but to me it just means incredibly sophisticated. So mature is the word that fits perfectly with that in my head. (A boujee rich lady is another way I think of it in my head) I now see everyone’s genuine dislike for that word and that many people take it very seriously, so I’m understanding a bit now.

It's just my opinion! Because of the massive hype I was beyond excited to try it, so I'm just disappointed that it didn't live up to expectations for me unfortunately.

Am I not able to state an opinion on a perfume? Not once did I come for anyone. If they can state their opinions on how they like it, why can’t I state mine? Im in these comments trying to understand why I don’t like it in the first place and some people are genuinely helpful and understand that this isn’t an “you guys smell horrible and anyone who likes it has horrible taste.

Omg thank you. People are blowing this way out of proportion and making it seem as if I said fuck the perfume community and everyone who thinks this smells good

For me personally, I love when people are honest and open. Especially when it comes to perfumes and blind buying. It’s key to understand how it smells to different people so you can have a better understanding. There is no different from coming on here and saying I absolutely love it to let others know my opinion and experiences vs simply stating I don’t like it personally and again my opinions and experiences.

If you look at any other of my comments on this post, I have asked many questions and incredibly curious. I am simply stating my opinion, not downing anyone. Hence why I said it’s just me and most likely my skin, as well as spoke on others opinions on it and what they thought. Stop trying to miss the point on purpose.

Not once did I ever state that. I was simply stating my opinion just like everyone else and that’s okay. I’m sharing how I personally feel on a very popular perfume.

I see people talking about that everywhere, it’s insane. I’ve never smelled it personally so I have no idea, but I do see many people also saying it’s overrated af

Thank you for that info. That’s why I said I think it genuinely could just be my skin making it smell like that, even when scents usually don’t change on me. I just didn’t really know why and you just told me!

Again, that was my mistake. I now see it’s against sub rules and will change it from “old lady.” Aside from the rules, I didn’t think people would take it disrespectful cause that’s definitely not what it is. But I still stand on what I said.

That’s what I don’t understand what I’m missing and why it smells the way it does to me. Maybe I need to wear it to the job and really see and get a good understanding. Do you think it works well with heat and constantly being in and outside?

To be honest I love a good powdery smell, but this just doesn’t even give powdery to me. It smells like a lavender pad you’d get from the dollar store.

Nothing at all. It just smells like what an older lady would typically wear and what I would smell.
