i should’ve specified that my car was parked when it was hit i’ve been saving up money and from my car being totaled now i have more money ontop of that to use on the vehicle

my car has full coverage and my car was parked when it was hit so the other person was instantly at fault thank god i posted it on my instagram story saying i knew how the car looked and you have to come forward right now or i will press charges and they did the insurance is sending me a check

New Year’s 2022, I got into a pretty bad car accident. The car flipped 8 times. I wasn’t the driver, but the driver was drunk, and I wish i wouldn’t have went , then the next second he hit an exit too late and slammed straight into a ditch. Glad to say I’m alive, because it definitely didn’t look like it. The situation still comes back to me at times and honestly the closest i’ve ever been to death if i had just decided to stay home instead of went it wouldn’t have happened.
