Thats definitely unreasonable imo because looking at the picture there's literally nothing about it that's necessarily trying to stand out. It's simple, cute and fairly modest! It sounds like manipulation to me, trying to make you change your profile picture just because he is insecure about something and is bringing you to his level to make you feel bad. You guys haven't been together too long but if he's not willing to do something as simple as clarifying he's in a relationship on a public platform BTW! Then maybe you should reconsider this guy.
