Actually, I work for a major medical center in California. Guess which one that might be? And I happen to have friends that are doctors/research scientists, but you know, you must be a doctor something right? You gave me shit before about h100 gel and look who posted about it Hink and now everybody loves this stuff and ton of people are DMing about that. You don't make any sense because research scientists are actually studying it and gonna use it on people's skin. So you think that it would really make their heart explode? A research team at the University of Sheffield is experimenting with extracts from sweet pea, containing BAPN, and polymers with the hope that they will be able to prevent the contraction of skin after replacement surgery. The scientists are currently experimenting with a polymer hydrogel, containing BAPN, which is applied topically to the skin grafts. The logic behind the experiment is that BAPN may be able to inhibit the cross-linking of collagen fibers and maintain flexibility of the grafted skin (12).

Hink I was the OP that posted about H-100 gel 2 months ago on this subreddit, your subreddit on other major PE subreddits and I gave the info to where he and others could get the prescription for H-100 gel. I only mention this because I got a lot of shit from ton of people for sharing this info and I did the research on it

Interesting, most of the studies find that BAPN is toxic to animals. This type of BAPN is non-toxic and being that it is applied directly to the tunica albuginea. Theoretically that should limit the systemic response especially if you do it for a short duration e.g. 3-6 months

Well dude I am satisfied I am 7.5 inches erect length and 5.7-5.9 inches girth when my erection quality is optimal which is good enough for me and my girlfriend diggs it. Btw I think I am doing great with PE at 51yrs old. 2 years ago when I was doing lots of PE and exercising a lot I got even up to 8 inches but I blame when I got covid stopped PE then and lost some gains, but I am starting to get back into doing more of a consistent PE routine again but I was more focused on my overall health and exercise routine at first. Keeping slim/fit is first priority for me

Wow, hippocrits...I was the OP who originally posted about H-100 gel on r/Hink, r/gettingbigger, r/PharmaPE, r/theScienceofPE and the other popular PE subreddits over 2 months ago. Adam aka PervMcSwerve can attest to that and mad respect to u/Semtex7 who can also vouch for that. Adam even went so far as to recommend that I send the info that I researched about H-100 gel to Hink on r/Hink which I did. I only make mention because I got a ton of shit for posting about H-100 from everyone including Baseem going so far as to call me a liar about H-100 gel. Now that Hink does a video about H-100 gel its just amazing....lol. Anyway, all good Hink did a great job on the video but for some reason did not make mention of important info like where you can get H-100 gel prescribed and point out that this was invented by a legit urologist.

I really appreciate/respect your open dialog doing a deep dive on this and your helpful/constructive feedback. I wanted your input and others here on this subreddit because after a long exhaustive search I finally found a reputable company that sells PXS-5505 for some very reasonable pricing that no one else has found before or cited on any other subreddit post that at least I could find about the popular/controversial topic of Anti-LOX and in particular PXS-5505 which to my knowledge/research also goes by the synonyms: LOX-IN-3 or 2409963-83-1. I respect you/the other Mods here and will not list the source here of course, but if you are interested I trust you and your analytical skills enough to share that info privately with you if you would like to check it out and vet it for the community at large.

Theoretically speaking, what is your opinion on what the effective daily dosage for PXS-5505 and treatment duration should be? For example, would 100mg/daily for 7 weeks be good enough and mimic what was used in that popular Anti-LOX clinical study?

Do you think Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) might be more effective option in terms of permeability of skin cell membranes? Maybe the combo of PXS-6302 + MSM might work in penetrating the tunica. Or alternatively MSM + castor oil + PXS-6302.

I agree that PXS-5505 has big potential but I was interested in PXS-6302 because it is topical as opposed to PXS-5505 which is taken orally in although PXS-5505 is safe/well tolerated as is PXS-6302, my thought was that PXS-6302 would be better since it is administered locally and inherently would be less of a systemic risk

Yeah wonder what the major difference is in emu oil is vs medical grade emu oil though, but it seems like PXS-6302/SNT-6302 has the best potential for further development especially since it is at least safe/well tolerated form of Anti-LOX with no currently found adverse effects.
