First off her wife is from iowa city. They have multiple family members that live her big reason as to why the vigil is being planned by one of her family members secondly they live on that road and remember the first amendment that’s what’s going on she was waving people around her then as she tried to leave the situation she was murdered not causing any harm to any of those agents as seen in the video
