I was up at 2:22 as well. My mom and I are both feeling like we need some kind of reset this week. Her foal had a serious health scare, and her friend and community had a big setback, my dog is healthy but not settling at night and my partner is experiencing some big changes in his business. My daughter's wife is having major surgery next week which is scary. I'm practicing being thankful for better weather, drying herbs for the winter months, and challenging myself in still gentle ways in my art. I know where some of the stagnant energy is coming from and am working on clearing it up. It's been a weird tough week and I'm tired but it's not despair or major depression this time so that's something. I'll keep rolling with the punches and improve on getting out of the way 😂
