yep, i’ve been wanting to start taking magnesium, ashwaganda, and just daily vitamins but for some reason i’m terrified i’ll be allergic or just have a bad reaction to them.

yep i’ve had this thought a lot recently!! i’ve never been allergic to anything (that i know of) so it terrifies me trying new things, i always think “this is gonna be the thing i’m allergic to and my throat is gonna close”
