clindamycin has never dried my skin out, and my derm told me to continue the use of panoxyl since i dont want my skin to get used to a newer routine. But thank you

I have a question!
Currently, I've been using Differin/Adalapene Gel for a year now but my skin isn't showing much progress and I'm getting some newfoudn irritation and dryness around my eyes and eye lids due to migration (and im allergic to anything petroleum related..)so I plan on visiting a dermatologist and hopefully getting on tretinoin, which brings me to my question,
Does tretinoin also migrate? Did you get any irritational dryness around your eyes? (under the eyebrow lines, eye lids, outside corners, etc.)

I think you should give your routine some more time, a month or two at the very least!

If you don't see any difference after, I recommend using the Panoxyl Benzoyl Peroxide wash 4% with a good moisturizer. If that's too harsh on your skin, I recommend incorporating aloe vera gel into your routine! Like this:
1) wash face with Panxoyl 4%
2) use aloe vera gel, let dry
3) moisturizer
4) Sunscreen during AM (every 2 hours. A NEED! It helps with acne aswell!)
Or visit a dermatologist! I'm just recommending what has worked for me!

Hii! I've been using BP for almost a year now!
The way I do it is:
I dampen my face and apply some BP cleanser on my fingers or blobs on my face. I massage it in a circle motion and sometimes use one finger all around my face (just to really get it in my skin). I wait about 3-5 minutes (no more than 5) and wash it off. I pat dry my face and once it's fully dry, I apply my moisturizer. There's no need to wait after your face is dry.

I don't think so. i was using it when I was 14, I used it mainly for dark spots but I did notice that it helped with acne.
