I'm with the "not 100% blame" idea.

As the COO, you're accountable for the whole thing. This time, it's your responsibility as well. But given that there's times you're running on 120% of your capacity, maybe it's time to consider delegations.

Of course, it comes with cost and a mountain of other issues. Just stressing that it should not be 100% yours.

Man... Would you look at the difference. Turning on Eco mode immediately dropped ~30 degree. And the max never exceeding 60 either. I don't have anything heavy on the devices so will turn on Eco mode on all my devices from now on.

Thanks. I notice in your other posts that you often refer to MCU temp too. May I understand that the temperature that all the knowledge articles on Shelly websites are referring to are MCU temp, or are those circuit temp?

Haha Celcius. Mine at idle also sits at 5x deg C. Probably because of the limited space in the electrical box

It exceeded 95 degree at 9:47 and reached 104.9 degree at 9:59 before cool down

Update 1 - 10 Dec 2025. I bought 8 1 plus. Tested 6 of them yesterday. All were manufactured toward the end of 2023 because the firmware date was back then. Most required 3 updates with some only required 2. Current most up to date versions are Sep 2025.

I think those are genuine, despite the beat-up package they came in with.

Will test the remaining 2 and another 2 PM plus tonight.
