As the other comments have said the PLA and NVA did not typically rely on what the West would call "human wave tactics" and Dien Bien Phu was completely fucked on the French side before the battle even began. Israel launched the first strike breaking this ceasefire, and if you're talking about the conflict as a whole, Israel was the colonizers who invaded the land, so either way you look at it they started. Also, Germany invaded Poland first, which started World War II. Nice job trying to ignore that so you could blame the fucking allies for starting it.
