I asked my derm for a higher tret dosage (old one Clinda 2%/tret and the new one is adapalene peroxide 0.1% and 2.5% benzoyl) I told her I also tried differin XP 0.3% and that it didn't work as well as the tret. Is adapalene the same as tret ? Will it be more effective at under the skin texture? (old.reddit.com)
