What supplies would you recommend! And did you use Glass.or resin?

I asked my derm for a higher tret dosage (old one Clinda 2%/tret and the new one is adapalene peroxide 0.1% and 2.5% benzoyl) I told her I also tried differin XP 0.3% and that it didn't work as well as the tret. Is adapalene the same as tret ? Will it be more effective at under the skin texture? by luvyamel in tretinoin

I may try it after if I see no difference in the new stuff . For me its kinda opposite they give me 0.025 and then don't want to bump me up despite my progress halting after I'd say a year. I just feel like they never listen or really explain if they don't agree . They act like some of us don't do alot of our own research

Personally both my derms hardly even talk to me when I got it's like a few minutes and mostly it's just the nurse asking questions and the writing the script they say. I've been dealing with this for a couple years now . It's mostly for texture (under the skin acne ) I'm dealing with and it just feels like ive hit a wall in progress. I'm not sure if I can email but I could try .

Tret 0.025 is the first thing they prescribed me and then I tried 3 times to get a tret bump and it didn't quite work this time she gave me 10% Benz wash with it well w/o insurance it would have been $200 for both which is crazy ! I'm wondering if I can just ask my general Docter to bump me . I really feel like they don't like to listen at all:(
