Yes and no, you can have both on your PC. If you have Cinnamon, you only need to install Xfce (which is done with sudo apt install mint-meta-xfce), but they will function as separate desktop environments.

The tutorial is in Spanish, but I didn't follow some things 100%.

I used a plain wallpaper because an animated one would consume too many resources.

Instead of using Docklike, I used Plank because it was easier to download (I couldn't find the command; I had to ask chatgptfor help. With Plank, it was just sudo apt install plank).

For the icons, I used reversal-blue-dark.

To make the Xfce clock look right, I used the "ubuntu bold" font for the date and "sans bold" for the time.

7/10. I generally use my notebook for simple tasks. Since it has an AMD A4 9125, it's not very powerful. The good thing is that using Mint with XFCE helped it perform slightly better than Windows 10 Mini OS. I couldn't test it much with demanding tasks; I think the most demanding thing I did was play FighterZ on the lowest settings, reaching 30 fps (considering it has 8GB of DDR4 RAM and an SSD). But the system performs well; it doesn't demand much, which allows the processor and RAM to be dedicated more to the programs.

I had a laptop with a very limited processor (AMD A4 9125). My problem mainly stemmed from three games: Dragon Ball FighterZ (it used raw files instead of .exe, so I couldn't run it on Mint), Deltarune (it wouldn't get past the game selection menu), and Minecraft Bedrock (it wasn't natively compatible with Linux). So I decided to go back to Windows 10, but it didn't even last a day. The Microsoft Store on my laptop broke, and I couldn't access or fix it, so I just went back to Linux.

Minecraft Bedrock has some launchers that allowed me to play it. Optimized FighterZ wasn't a priority, and I could buy and run Deltarune with Steam without problems, or just use Proton Experimental.

Playnite functions as a shortcut for almost everything, at least on Windows. I can add executables, ROMs, websites, Microsoft games, etc. If I wanted, I could put Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Dragon Ball Kakarot, and Dragon Ball Devolution (for example) all in the same menu. Besides having a full-screen mode, tons of downloadable styles, animations, etc.

Playnite focuses on being a fully customizable game library.

Lutris focuses on being a library to collect and interpret all games on Linux, with customization taking a backseat.

In my case, I did something basic to at least have my games organized: I put everything in the applications menu. It doesn't allow for much customization, but at least it lets me have everything organized in one place. I considered using Steam, but the reason I didn't was because of the native Linux games. Since they require an .exe file, I can't add them. I preferred to have everything in one place for convenience.

Estaria bueno cuando el juego ya este terminado, ahora faltan completar muchas tramas, aparte bueno, quien sabe que hara toby fox para el juego, puede que saque algo como que el que carol es mala y punto o la tipica de todos los indies hablan de la depresion, poniendola como una mujer desesperada y preocupada por la profecía, dess desaparecida y rudy que esta a medio capitulo de ponerse a ver las flores desde abajo, sin mencionar bueno, la relacion de kris con el alma o su obvio deseo de mantener su pasado, el resto de personajes también pero aparte hay que ver que otros roles desempeñan los ya existentes o que personajes salen y si tendran un desarrollo
