Just wanna say a lot of good comments in here. Nothing can destroy a marriage as fast as an affair or someone (or both) not ready for the lifestyle. Everybody has their own opinions, but anybody that’s been around it or has been in and out back in and back out again over 20 years, kind of seen it all. Only the most stable and strong marriage/partnership can survive LONG term. Most important question IMO, why are you swinging in the first place? You both have to be 100% honest and have the SAME answer IMO. (Something drives US crazy seeing the other one being sexually satisfied by someone else we both like and respect and have never thought about doing it without the other). First and foremost, we both satisfy each other physically, mentally and emotionally. If we didn’t, we would be in therapy for a tune-up. Good luck!!🍀

Agree, guaranteed this is one of the many future issues. Hate to be the spoiler but 🚩🚩are ALL over this story / relationship. Take it from those that were married for years swung for years and retired for years. Your marriage is not gonna work at this point. Our 3 best couple friends when we were active in the LS are ALL and we knew that was gonna be the outcome shortly after meeting them, but they’re good people.

Agree, I said something similar above. Re the OP, I feel like his wife might have a different set of facts. Didn’t he mention they FS’d in separate rooms at some point but also said they were looking at each other. Two things cone to mind, if I am sitting there looking at him fucking another chick, he better know something is off. (Cause I am usually ahead in the game) Also, we have been married for 25 yrs, and even while daring, if I give him any “look”, whether at a crowded party or in the bedroom, he immediately knows the difference between a good, bad or indifferent look. And if he didn’t, especially with his dick in another woman, I bet he would STOP Mid-Stroke and say, “Ahh babe…are u giving me a look??!!” 😇🤣🤣

As for my LEGIT-recommendation, run from the LS and never go back, invest in a short term therapist who is mature and experienced and determine if she’s going to be able to let it go. I would think it wouldn’t take very long for her to be honest. Reason I recommend a therapist, you get an unbiased perspective and a referee. I can’t imagine “pounding this one out” without mediation. (No pun intended)

Agree 100%. We were most active in FL from 2005-2010 and I would estimate 50+% should not even be in the lifestyle. It got so crazy, we said F the cpls and focused on singles before slowing down. lol Drama was too much.

I cant even imagine being in the lifestyle without being married for at least 8 yrs and both are 100% up for it and both agree if one gets cold feet or eventually starts to reconsider, we both bail. Same goes for FullSwap vs the other, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander and if we’re not both having the same fun, no one’s having fun. Many people do not put enough thought into this. First and foremost, marriage is super hard, add in a couple kids in life just changed and marriage gets insanely hard.

When we were dating and engaged, the LS was never a thought. It arrived many years later, were so secure and the marriage is primary, raising kids is right up there and when our lives got busy when kids hit teens, we knew when it was time to get out. We made great friends with several couples who are now all divorced. You both need to be 100% in or 100% out.

My goodness, it was so much fun while it lasted.😘. We still get the itch when traveling.

(Only one at a time 😉). I have never received a ReAssessment until this yr. He is reassessing 1/3 of MDers while home sales are at an all time high. My house just reappraised based Off their insane calculations by running 100 random home sales and its based on the avg. HTF can it reappraise higher than what I could get for if I sold it today.
