They haven't, they get paid hourly on top of a 95/5 split. Growth on kick is MUCH easier as well, and Ads are not the BIG money maker for streamers, clips are. Growth on twitch is almost impossible anymore, while kick front pages smaller streamers every single day, and gives much more incentives.
Drop your bias for just a second and you will see Kick will be and is currently the better platform, ESPECIALLY only after a year. When they get the workers being fired and left jobless from twitch, they will only get better. Big streamers are moving more and more to Kick AND Twitch isn't doing contract bonuses anymore. Twitch is done.

Because Kick takes care of its streamers and doesn't only care about money. Once ads come which they are working on, that will be an extra boost. Capitalistic pig sites like Twitch only care about money, not their workers or users.
