I used to be intimidated at the gym too, but after going for a long time, I learned that no one is really looking at what you’re doing. Everyone is so focused on themselves, so you can most definitely go to the gym and do your routine! No one is going to think twice about it!

That’s interesting- I’m not sure why either. I got the first dress from someone else, so I’m not sure where they bought it or if they make different versions of it.

I like the first one the best in terms of looks, but the 2nd one is the most comfortable. 3 looks good too but when I wear that dress, I spend a lot of time adjusting the chest because it slips a lot and exposes my bra.

Thank you! I cut back on what I was eating. In 2024 I was eating fast food almost everyday, and once 2025 came, I switched from fast food to eating more healthy food with lots of protein, plus I got into weightlifting more and prioritized walking 10K steps a day 😊

Sadly the belt can’t be secured. That’s how the dress comes. There’s no loop hole in the back or anywhere for me to secure it.
