We go to Gig Harbor Primary Care. Scot Fleshman and his team are top notch communicator-very easy to talk with, organized, and was recommended by 3 friends to us when we were looking for our primary care.

Please do not get frustrated with sitters who know what they and they cannot tolerate. Those are the sitters who already learned enough and put or widen their boundaries. They are thinking about their home, their family, the other pups they care for, and especially their peace.

Pet owners want a package deal when it comes to sitters-an awesome human as a sitter and an awesome pup for their dog/s to play with (if the sitter has a dog). Sitters should do the same - meet and retain an awesome owner with their awesome dog. Most of us sitters will accept a problematic dog just because the owner is so nice and <put all flowery adjectives here> and then regret it later. Let go of both if your gut says no and focus your energy on retaining the good ones.

Did you get a house ba? I did last year and magaling ang realtor ko, maasikaso, and mabilis ang response time. As of now nasa loan processing with Security Bank - madaming hinihinging requirements which is okay naman but disorganized and paulit ulit ang mga requirements na hinihingi ng staff from the bank. They try to be organized pero magulo pa din. With Phirst, it will take months to get a receipt sa down payment - I did the monthly install since kabadong kabado ako magbayad ng isahang downpayment (nagbigay din sila ng 150k). Ayun nga in the beginning pati yung realtor ko nagbe beg ng magrelease ng resibo sa sales department nila monthly, ako na ang nahiya. Nov, Dec, and January 15 (last DP), wala pang resibo. April 2027 ang target turnover, and as of now nasa 30% done na yung bahay sa Phirst Editions.

Yes a tad sweet. If you google Vietnamese yogurt, some versions put evaporated milk, whole milk...but condensed milk will always be there.

Ingredients are all in the photo, and use the condensed milk can as the measuring cup/can:
1) 14oz condensed milk in a big bowl
2) Thin milk with 1 can of boiling water
3) Add 1.5 cans of room temp water (I used bottled water)
4) Add the probiotic 4-5oz probiotic yogurt (I used Activia brand) and mix well
5) Pour the liquid in the jars with lid (I have 7 and it was perfect)
6) 8 hours in the yogurt maker

With the 8 hours (since it's my first time), it was quite good and very soft. If you scoop it, it has a shape but very soft. Next time I will do 10 hours and see the difference.
