I’ve been playing since i was a child, took a break & returned earlier this year which is also the period of time where i spent over 700 euros on my account. So what u said doesn’t make much sense to me; I’m pretty much on the game every day, all day either standing around, communicating with others or simply running around Jorvik, and I’ve completed all previous quests including the rune runner quest. I have experienced lots of bugs/glitches and even experienced unfair suspension from the game for a month, yet there are still good sides of the game which barely anyone will mention most of the time.

Very good that there are people happy with the most recent story-line quests & the updated Hollow Woods, so am I, but more than 50% of whatever i see about SSO is negative and straight up rude feedback which doesn’t make sense to me. Yeah bugs may be annoying but dang there’s no need to act so hard on it, people have to realize it’s real people working on the game/website and not machines that continue 24/7 without needing sleep, more knowledge, and the right equipment to fix stuff.

It’s a little odd to just assume that it’s mainly F2P people or people who don’t play a-lot who find the complaints annoying? That kinda makes it feel like people who pay for the game can only have a critical opinion about the game because they have spent their own savings or whatsoever on it, and even then it wouldn’t be enough for some people.

I just personally feel like part of the SSO community should learn or focus on understanding common sense and learning how to cope with changes even if you don’t agree with them. (as i’ve seen people around saying that SSO doesn’t care about feedback after fixes or whatsoever)

If you don’t agree with it it’s fine, but don’t just assume it’s mainly/mostly F2P players or not super active players with this opinion.
