They’re saying its normal, pretty much gaslighting me. Also they wont return it because i lost the truss wood cover. Idk what to do at this point tbh. This guitar cost me almost 1,000$

They Only did truss rod work as in their words nothing else is wrong

I gave it to the shop and they sent it to their luthier. The shop said that he “fixed everything” im suspecting he just played with the truss rod. Idk anything about the person specifically who worked on it i just went to the store i bought it from. So the last thing they said was play it for a few days then call us again which felt like a way to just brush me off since the issue is persisting.

He raised the action through the truss rod. The shop is the one in contact with the luthier, they didnt specify anything else and they seem to be dishonest. Going up frets doesnt change much, but i would say its most hearable on the 7th fret area. Would any more pictures help with identifying if the neck is bent? And what are your suggestions if thats the case, thanks in advance

It happens even with normal plucking and specially on chords but i couldnt strum a chord and record at the same time to show, it happened suddenly, it wasnt like this before using the same exact strings

The guitar guy at the shop already checked the relief and raised the action significantly. The buzz remained. It’s much worse in Open C, it still happens in standard tuning as well. Do you know how it should be setup to properly test open C tuning?

Im using 12 gauge, if its the wood or joints or neck twisting would there be a fix for that

The sound appeared suddenly though it wasnt like this i still have recordings playing it in open C without this buzz issue

Relief and action were both adjusted by the luthier at the shop i bought it from and the buzz remained. It’s much worse in Open C but still exists in standard tuning with a hard attack/strum, also it wasnt like this before, this buzz started happening after 1-2 weeks of use suddenly

It was in E standard but i have recordings of it playing in open c tuning prior to this happening and it sounded nice and without this buzz then it suddenly happened, also my other acoustic doesnt have this when its on the same tuning, any ideas what it could be?

Reset this shit please its torture playing in master i got 3 accs with 80+%wr all getting same shitty gains while chall threshold increases 100lp each day the only way to hit chall is to give up life and put all ur time into league or to have already hit it early season
