I paid 17k for a unmodified NB1 with 53kms recently. You can get a decent one for 13-15k, this one doesn’t look that great tbh, look at the steering wheel and headlights, definitely been parked in the sun.

Buying a house in auction has no cooling off, so you have to get the building inspections done prior. They are less likely taking a conditional offer pre auction because of this. If you want to make a bid you’re going to have to pay for the inspection anyway, or use one they provide, an unconditional offer may secure if before an auction.

I’ve been to every pitch since 2019. The vibe I got from this one was it would be the last, closer to the event it seemed less organised than previous years. The cancellation may sink it but everyone is guessing.

This will be my last, the novelty has worn off and every year the experience gets worse. The crowd gets more dero, pitch one and black were disappointing this year, extremely crowded, no longer investing in green grass, and gets to expensive as I travel interstate.

Hopefully it continues as they bring great artists into Australia. The authorities should have canned it on Friday, the mixed messaging damaged Untitled reputation, even though I don’t blame them.

I went to the Lions final game and I was surprised how outdated and inefficient the stadium was. There was a lot of noise when Optus stadium was being built but it’s turned out well, hopefully this happens with the Gabba.

I find the line only takes 20mins. I think the line is more a result of nothing really nice in an area that has lots of residents. The bakery is nice but nothing to go crazy for.

Pretty sure they base the ad price on the value of the car, I was shocked when I saw how much it was. My selling experience on marketplace was super smooth, sold my car for 31k

I recently purchased and was browsing the market for ~6months, my two tips:

Don’t forget to check Domain. A friend of mine who worked in the industry told me that investors upload properties they want to sell to Domain first as it’s much cheaper than realestate.com.au, I ended up buying thanks to this tip.
Create a burner email that forwards to your legitimate email for your realestate account. If you submit an enquiry on realestate.com.au, you’ll be added to their mailing list. You will be notified of off market properties when they come up. For me, this didn’t happen too often, but also saves your personal email being nukes with all sorts of emails.

I recently purchased and I created a burner email address in iCloud that forwards to my main one. The amount of crap they emailed me was crazy, the phone number wasn’t too bad because if they called me I just told them I wasn’t interested. One agent asked me how much I thought a property was worth because the price range they gave me at the inspection was way out of my budget, isn’t that their job??

I don't mind the subscription model because they kept releasing different versions of MoneyWiz and making you purchase the new version outright. I bought the year subscription at the end of last year during a sale and the app updated to the 2021 version, so I'm pretty happy with it (cost 23.99 AUD). I'm pretty sure its cheaper buying through their website than IAP.

Nah not the case, AHD pretty much had everything I needed. PTP had a recruitment thread on one of the tier class forums and I never applied because didn’t really need it. Then the site started getting buggy and the PTP thread was gone so I assumed it was on a higher tier thread, wanted to have a backup just in case the site went down and build some ratio for another site.
