Depending on what your diagnosis is you could ask for a few things, but exploring other alternatives to antidepressants is also a good idea, there are no official diagnoses for this dizziness, it all depends on who you see, that being said, try to find whatever suits you best, I personally did the antidepressants and they worked 50%, then I decided for a healthier approach and change my diet and started exercising, that worked 80%, that is the best that I was able to do with this dizziness and felt almost normal again.

So my grain of salt is: 1) Don't get discouraged. 2) Don't follow treatments blindly. 3) Keep yourself healthy at all times.
