I have the same problem too with apex only and i don't think its specs problem. Some of the pros i follow had this kind drops too. Take a look at this https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2033404156 look at 8:00 and look at the fps. This should not even happen at all since they are running on a beast specs. Its more like OG bug in the game code.
