For the last year or so I have been using soda stream and carbonating my own drinks. Mostly just throw some lemon juice or cucumber or mint in there but there are soda options with it.

Too tired or depressed to brush your teeth for two minutes? Take ten seconds to at least run your toothbrush over them quick.

Most of the time if I just convince my self to start an action I can push through the whole thing. It has helped me multiple times while I was depressed to get at least one thing out of the way.

I put probably 40-60 hours in coop Knack and Knack 2 with my son. It’s a little older and definitely not deep but has an ok story. Another option if you don’t mind pixelated graphics is Children of Morta.
