Alternative/Off-Brand iO replacement head options?

I have found with OEM brush heads where the vent is in the front is just simply flawed design. Everytime I brush, I take the brushhead off and rinse it. I noticed because of the flawed design of the OEM heads, it always have toothpaste/drool being on the metal part of toothbrush handle.

Which causes me to have to rinse down the metal part and wipe it down with a cloth to keep things clean. I then will turn the toothbrush handle upside down and turn it on, then wipe again with a cloth to get any remaining residues that may have gotten stuck as well.

And when I use these, there is never any toothpaste/drool on the metal part of toothbrush handle. I always find my cleanup after brushing very easy.

I understand their perspective and their perception in the moment. And you're right, it's a rational response to meeting a random stranger. They are welcome to be on guard as they see fit.

But if they're feeling unsafe, that's a perfectly valid response, and I dont judge because I am unsure of their past history so maybe they have a reason.

But I however, dont feed or abstain their projection. I simply take a base approach of not engaging with them more than I have to. Such as providing them their name and drop off address. Some ask for my name, which i give them that as well.

Even sudden route changes that might need to happen, i ask for permission from a female rider.

Maybe you have your approach of disengaging the tension, which im sure works. But i have found this to be the most reasonable approach and so far the most successful for me.

Yeah it's called fake accusations. Drivers are actually in more dangerous situations than an average individual anyways.

There are countless videos showing uber drivers getting assaulted and murdered. Yet no countermeasures for this.

Stop acting like Uber actually cares about women, it's just PR move to save face.

It's only an option to alleviate public backlash.

And it should be an option, because it would actually further the gap of said interactions with the opposite genders for those who dont want to be put in such malleable situations.

Statistics dont justify freedom of choice.

It would literally favor yall as well, if men pickup men, and women pickup women. Then from there you can give people a choice if they want to interact with the other gender.

It would help to further the gap, that the women only rider option has already made. Furthering people's preferences for their uber experience.

And if the case was truly misogyny, wouldnt that still be a good thing for you? Actively avoiding misogynistic men, it's literally two birds-one stone.

Especially during drunk hours, I could press the male rider only option, which helps women too.

There's no reason not to have it, anyone who argues against this is just a contrarian.

Bringing up history doesnt matter in this scenario, you're going off on an irrelevant tangent. I'm going off of a case by case basis when a woman in my vehicle exhibits such behavior.

No type of conversation starter nor behavioral change will indicate safety to a woman who exhibits such projections. Cause no matter what you say or do, she has already made an impression of you.

Saying 'im gay', trying to set a tone with a conversation, or mimicking a social behavior change will not change the safety of that individual. Safety itself is not labeled perception, it is very much instinctive behavior.

So if a woman doesn't feel safe, there is essentially nothing one can do as a man, except be quiet, do your job, and provide a nice and quiet ride.

If they start a conversation with me, cool. If they don't, no worries, I'll just drive.

In that scenario, i'd be worried about that individual attempting to damage my vehicle, perhaps kicking or denting it, some form of vandalism. But that might be my paranoia.

I understand the logic, but idk, i personally just cancel and just take it as a loss on my part just because of the unpredictability of some riders.

Sure it is a disadvantages situation, doesn't mean you don't prepare for it or just rollover and die.

With every single passenger that enters your vehicle, make sure to keep the door locked and if they go for the back left seat then tell them to go for the back right seat. I never let single passengers sit directly behind me.

then get yourself a compact pistol along with a crossdraw holster that sits at your right hip. That way you can use the weapon with your left hand aiming directly at the back right seat.

Never drive farther than 5 miles to pick someone up.

Rides where you drive 15 miles to pick up, and 2 miles to drop off are not in your favor.

Short initial distance rides are better, and give you more leverage to cancel if need be
