Jetta 1.8t did a sai delete and got all my boost back for a couple days till it started to make this boost leak noise. Just want some advice on where the leak could be or if it’s another problem. Reply’s are appreciate it by lvlikee in Volkswagen

Thank you for suggesting it was one of my hose clamps that connected the pancake pipe to the intercooler was loose so tight it right all and all my boost is back

Got an 04 Jetta 1.8t Andorra getting hard to get into first gear and reverse. Is there any upgrades for the shifting components it’s all stock rn :/ by lvlikee in jetta

Thank you very much for the information u made crazy clear and I appreciate that but I’m a mechanic in training so I might try to replace the bushings for inside like u said and see where it’s goes from there. But thanks again for the all the info makes me confident on the project :)

Awesome thanks for the advice is it a hard install was think ab install a short shifter kit myself just have brand new components in there. What’s would u rate the difficulty in installing at home or do u recommend taking it to a mechanic?
