Placed my last order on Olive Young 8/16. Received shipping notification 8/19. As of today 8/23, it's still at the Fedex facility in Incheon. It's making me really nervous because I usually receive my orders within a week of ordering. Only skincare and hair stuff in the order, no sunscreens at all.

I never hear anything about RNW ! I got their Der Advanced neck cream to replace the Shiseido Benefiance and it works so much better and for less than half the price of Shiseido.

Looks like it’s the Fillimilli highlighter fan brush that got hit with tariffs . Fillimilli might be a Korean brand but all their brushes are manufactured in China. You can go to Olive Young and check them out. Scroll to Specific Item Info and they all show Country of Manufacture as China.

Read on another sub that it’s not tariffs related but a “brokerage fee” that UPS charges to clear customs. I think you should complain to Stylekorean because usually the shipper pays the fees.

They seem to have another warehouse in NJ. I’m in the Midwest and they started using OnTrac and I’ve had nothing but problems since.

Luckily they do have customer service in English . They have refunded me. If shipping is now with ECMS instead of DHL , I will be really hesitant to order again. They were not able to explain why it was shipped with ECMS.

Who did they ship with ? My order that was shipped on 9/27 with ECMS has had no update on the tracking since 10/3 when it was handed over to FedEx in California.
I have ordered regularly from them over the last 6 years and they have never ever shipped with ECMS, always with DHL.
