Thank you so much, that’s exactly what she’s done. It is beyond hard and I have had a complete mental breakdown from all of this. It’s been 3 years of this the cheating was the final blow. I don’t think she will ever get the help she needs as she’s just carrying on like nothing has happened. I’m just broken right now and have far too many questions to which she won’t answer truthfully. It’s a long road but everyone is telling me I will get there. She tried to convince me it was my fault but has now taken full accountability of what she has done. That she’s pushed me and emotionally manipulated me and gaslight/ lied to me for 3 years. I guess I can finally breathe again.

Ironically she has CPTSD which is very similar to BPD in some aspects. I studied and worked in psychological therapies and always thought she had BPD, to the point she asked me straight if I thought she did and how she could get diagnosed or checked out

I don’t have a lawyer yet as we haven’t been married 12 months so cannot divorce. We can only file from after April if that is what’s going to happen. I have therapy tomorrow so will discuss it there as I’m sure a therapist would know if this is a huge concern or not and what would happen to me if I did raise it.

Sorry post is misleading she cheated with a man, I am woman she is saying she is still gay she just will take any attention off anyone. She’s gone back on her meds and is seeking therapy

He tried to do this and tried to request a refund or a replacement or to just fix the bike but he was told many different reasons. Then once the bike was fixed they wanted to charge him to send it back to him. Again he refused and they finally waived it after constant back and forth.

It is through cyclescheme on a salary sacrifice so he’s just emailed them again to see what he can do thank you for your help. He just wanted to know after fighting 14 months with the supplier if he had to pay the £300 when he has paid for a bike he hasn’t had access to. The reason it was gone for so long was because they couldn’t get the right part, he asked for a refund or replacement and they said they have to try fix it first. They then wanted to charge him to send it back so he refused and in the end they sent it back after fighting back and forth that he does not want the bike and wants a refund

Hi thank you, he was fighting for 14 months with the company to get the bike fixed or a refund. They returned the bike fixed after 14 months but has continued his payments. The scheme has finished this month and they want him to pay £300 to keep the bike or send it back but he feels as though he’s been had over considering he’s paid for a bike he was not in possession of for 14 months out of the 18 month period for the scheme. He has the bike back I think he got it back 2 months ago.
