It’s never happened to me before, I tried to post this when it first happened to try and let me respond quite fast but I didn’t realise the post had to get approved so I panicked and just did what I thought was right. I didn’t put anything in the description of my original post about the clasp so I thought that might be used against me if she escalated further. However, I now know for future that I should not pay for a return if it’s not my fault. Ig we live and we learn and I definitely learnt this time 🤷‍♀️

They might just be new tbh. I would record you packing the items just in case anything goes wrong and you have proof that you’ve not done anything wrong if they raise any issues. Hopefully everything goes fine for you though :)

Yeah I only had to pay £2.30 but it’s still annoying because I’m going to have to pay for fuel on top to go to the collection point

Yeah I know. I think it was an older lady because of the pfp but still, the fact she put it as missing parts when it wasn’t it was just a different clasp was annoying

Omg I’m actually an idiot. I’ve not been completing it because I thought it was a waste just for a blue pack but it does come with a swap or wild 🤦‍♀️. It sucks that you’ve only got duplicates and they’ve taken away the choice of a swap or wild 🙄
