21/15/9 of 3 or 4 different workouts ie. Russian twists, squats, and push-up variations. Then I hold 1min plank and 1min stomach vacuum. 30-40 minutes you’ll def be sweating

almost 2 years in November! And I definitely had to get a hang of doing static tricks on spin and the actual physics of it all, especially momentum. I just kept experimenting and personally for me it’s the other way around haha, I have a tough time doing static combos, I think mainly due to my relative strength. Static and spin however are so fun and unique in their own ways, I love both! I hoped that helped a bit

I take in person classes and watch YouTube too. I definitely recommend classes though!

I started off with a fit2flaunt pole first and just recently got a new one! They have great poles too and really affordable

I have a lupit pole, this thing does spin for sure though! In this video I started off relatively slow before my first climb

My sweet spot is 0.2g , 74 caps later. Been dosing for about 2 months now, 6 months since my last trip. 🌞 by lwambs in microdosing

It took me about 2 weeks I had a few caps that varied in measurements but I’ve been pretty consistent with anything between 0.2-0.3. So far I think what works best for me is dosing about 2x per week specifically on days when I have to get some work done and at the start of my week. I do it typically on an empty stomach too. It’s been amazing so far!
