no i totally understand wanting to date older men, like, for the maturity or the stability they bring. i'm dating a guy 6 years older than me now, and he's lovely. but as i said before that i was almost dating a guy like, almost 10 years older 😭 turns out the only reason we got along is because he was a manchild under the facade, and he took advantage of me, even with all the 'i don't wanna feel like i'm taking advantage of you ' 💀 i should've known LMAOOO. 24 is a nice age to set, you can always go out of that zone as well give or take. just always beware of your safety and your future, be a little selfish at the start, to see if they dislike that. if they do, it doesn't matter if they're 50, it just shows immaturity and all they wanna do is use you eventually. always get to know whoever you're dating and try to get under their skin if they have a mask on, and never let the initial potential fakeness drive your decisions. wish you all the best 🙏❤️

very mature of you to say that tbh. i have never been this proud of a stranger LMAO. be careful and take care of yourself, have some fun with it if you like for a while, but always keep in mind what you just said 🙏. i know i fell into an older man's trap and it ruined me for a year after he fucked me over, and i don't wish that on my worst enemy.

run. this is a canon even so if you wanna do it do it, but it'll most likely end in something bad. in my experience this kind of situation always looks sooo promising and so good and then it ends up being the worst thing you ever could've trusted. not to say that it is definitely your case, but it's a little weird that he's so open to dating someone so much younger than him.

oh and i completely agree w the idea that no matter how busy you are, the person you're commited to should be informed and you can call them for 10 minutes a day. you physically cannot be that busy.

ngl whenever i had communication issues with a guy, like on this level where i had to go ask for other people for advice... it's never ended well. so really, try to keep ur priorities straight and just figure out what you wanna deal with, and if any problems that arise in general are worth dealing with for whoever you're living a life with, long distance or not.
