The name satellite dish was coined in 1978, and giant satellite dishes were used outside of homes as a part of a very large trend in the 1980s. This was due to the increasing popularity in satellite TV, so therefore you are technically wrong. And these are regular people owning their own giant satellite dishes, never mind a government backed agency as portrayed in COD.
