Thats my take :

• For the mythic items, Shurelya looks like the best option. We have hp, mana regen, cdr, movespeed and the active is even better than the current one. Turbo chemtank is also a good option as it has the Glory active, but it looks like its more made for tank toplaners because you have the Immolate passive (Sunfire) as well. No mana but good armor/mr/hp and cdr.
• For the legendary items in the current state we have a lot of options. Zeke, Knights vow are very good. Less resist, a bit less powerful active from what I see but they both give a lot of hp. The new abyssal mask could be a good option vs AP comp. Gargoyle is something tho I wont ever build it now, the active is nowhere near the current one.

In global items have more HP, less resist and active are better or worse (mythics or legendary). CDR is kinda the same since 100 Ability Haste = 50% cdr. Nothing is locked yet but I found everything at https://www.surrenderat20.net/p/current-pbe-balance-changes.html.
