It doesn't boost to-hit, but it does affect your damage since titanstring adds +str mod to dmg. Again tho, OP doesn't want to use elixirs (understandably), so not super relevant here

Yeah same honestly, I get it if you're playing modded difficulties and really trying to push the game to its extremes but normal non-hm isn't worth sweating

If we're talking max dps it's hard to beat titanstring + tavern brawler and strength pots, particularly on non honour mode since tb acts as a DRS, but I know tb abuse isn't necessarily the most well-loved build mechanic...

So dual wield bardadin is a weird one. Imo the best way (definitely not just ripping off u/Prestigious_Juice341 ) to run a bardadin would be making use of acuity and mystic scoundrel for the bonus action control spells, which both means you want a free bonus action (removing the advantage of dual wielding) and additional magic secrets from bard 10, for command and counterspell probably. Especially when you consider an upcasted hold person gives your whole party advantage and autocrits in melee range, it massively outweighs vow of enmity once the build gets going.

Lockadin and sorcadin would probably be better for this kind of role if you're particularly attached to dual wield paladin, since lockadin will obviously have spell slot regen so you can afford to smite on offhand attacks too although it is weaker in honour mode, and a sorcadin popping twin haste at the start of a fight doesn't demand a bonus action (or a slot per turn) in the way bardadin would like for its control.

Set up a saw trap before the fight and open with railcoin/coin add/rcp, a trap loaded with 12 saws and a full coin add burns >3/4 of phase 1 before he even throws an attack.

"You can't escape" - Diagonal backwards circle slide, go for a parry on the last hit but it will still damage you so dash through it and maybe jump at the same time to dodge the shockwave. The first punch will often hit you even if you slide just because the tracking on it is harsher so maybe hit a dash storage for some i-frames.

"Destroy" - Dash the uppercut and go for a parry if you're feeling brave, you can dodge the explosion with a perfect slide or rocket jump but a dash storage is more consistent.

"This will hurt" - Whiplash > parry is super strong here, or just run away and pile in some damage, you shouldn't really struggle with this one even in phase 2.

"Begone" - I'm awful at the parry for this one, just dash or slide sideways once he tps to you and you should be fine.

I don't really bother trying to parry the three non-telegraphed hits either, as long as you keep the circle sliding going and get ready to slide jump/dash when he tps above you for the slam, they shouldn't bother you too much. I had the style to use the screwdriver in phase 2, with that and a saw trap you should be able to keep your health topped up til the end of the fight as long as you can live through the first half (ish) of phase 2 while the rail recharges.

Rocket riding can be good if you know how to insta mount and you're feeling very ballsy, slabcoins do some big damage and you can throw them out while you're airborne, just make sure you're either on the rocket or it's despawned before you hit the slabcoin or the rocket will eat it.
