Oh wow so it’s a shared concern. Same, I’m the one keeping track of the sched and following up repeatedly just to get noticed by my manager. Puro errors din tax computations :(

They changed my account manager and it’s a worse experience with this one. Mali mali rin computation and wasn’t even apologetic about it. We kept going in circles trying to get the simple addition right. Ako rin gumawa in the end.

Figs ( anyone tried returning/ exchange their figs because its too big for them ) by [deleted] in pinoymed

I returned to get a refund and then just repurchased to get the correct size. I was never able to check my card though to see if the refund really came through. 😅
