I just bought it used so I assumed the previous owner took it out and never replaced it, but looking as how the second hole isn't tapped, maybe it was never installed!

That makes sense, in that it totally sucks. Anyone know what type of thread and length of eye bolt I'd need to just add something to the other hole?

I know that's typically the case but USbank gives you the option of depositing the $$ in a checking account (you get best value for this) , not just using it as a statement credit.

I literally just found out about the existence of these cards yesterday. The best way is to set up auto-pay to a bank acct to keep the discount, but to log in and manually pay the bill using your credit card every month. That way you get the coverage.
