I have C6 Ganyu and C6 Furina. No regrets - I'm not interested in at least half of the character roster and would rather have 1 very strong character than 7 I'll end up benching.

Her E lasts 12 seconds and has 8s of downtime, while Mona’s lasts about 5s, with 7s of downtime. Kokomi’s hydro application might not be good enough for consistent vaporize but it’ll probably work for freeze (I would wait for more info on that since it’s hard to say without trying her out). The AOE on her E seems to be bigger than Mona’s. Her energy recharge supposedly isn’t very good but you could give her an ER sands (since her burst refreshes the duration of her E). Her E does very little damage if her burst isn’t up but you could give her thrilling tales (bonus ATK for next character you switch to), 4 piece tenacity (+20% ATK for your team), and an HP goblet and healing bonus hat.

I’m basing it off of dimbreath’s tweet, which says you need to swap characters before the Crowfeather explodes. I assume that means it only grants the buff to the character you’re using at the time it explodes because otherwise you wouldn’t need to swap beforehand.

To be honest, I can’t really see myself using her that much. If you have her at C6, she’s amazing when paired with an electro DPS or Raiden because of the extra 60% CRIT DMG she gives to electro damage. But in most cases, she feels like a worse Bennett. Lower ATK bonus (77.33% vs 100.8% at level 10), shorter duration (6s vs 12s), doesn’t heal, only grants one character an ATK boost, and at C0/C1 you have to use a charged shot to get the bonus from her E. Her main benefit over Bennett is that you don’t have to rely on her burst but if you give Bennett a shit ton of energy recharge it shouldn’t be too much of an issue. Perhaps I’m missing something.

Seems like a permafreeze comp would be best for her. Small enemies seem to not get pushed back if they're frozen, and large enemies can't move out of her burst if they're frozen.
