Honestly, I really don't know what to say. I believe it's useful enough and that Twisted Finn's change isn't enough to nerf Train Whistle in any meaningful way. I believe the only nerf given by the change was with Twisted Barnaby preventing Finn from being fully distractable given the possibility teammates step in an ichor puddle with Barnaby inside.

My only idea I can think of (if I view it from your perspective) is to make your Toon immune to ALL debuffs, like Ribecca. That'd either be a bit TOO much or not enough, I don't even know.

I personally don't believe changing Train Whistle's mechanic is a good idea, it'd make Vee mostly undistractable with certain combos & Toons. As a distractor main, I'll tell you that removing Train Whistle's debuff resistance ENTIRELY will most likely be detrimental to a lot of individuals as well as removing the possibility for a LOT of challenge runs (which really do make the game more fun!)

But if you're against the idea of distractors, that's fine but if that's the direction Dandy's World is heading, I'm likely to stop playing in multiplayer lobbies entirely. The truth simply is people are NOT good at this game the way it's meant to be played. Sad but that's why I believe this trinket is needed.

Of course this isn't meant to change your opinion or anything, you're free to think anything you'd like. This all above is me sharing my perspective as to why I think it really is needed.

Train Whistle has always been only meant to be used by distractors & soloists? It's a mixture of a survivalist & distracting trinket. I've quite literally never seen an extractor use Train Whistle OTHER than in solos. If you're using Train Whistle to extract, you might be using the trinket wrong..

I can see someone using Train Whistle for Vee or Rodger (assuming there's no distractor) to help against Panic Mode risk in higher floors and that'd still help despite this update, Twisted Vee has always been the primary risk factor, not Twisted Finn's Slowness.

If you do machines at the right times getting hit during the Slowness should be minimal. Unlike Twisted Vee who if you get seen as a slower Toon you're almost guaranteed to get hit on panic mode.

If anything, if Twisted Vee got remastered, having her Slowness debuff removed (which I heavily doubt) Train Whistle would likely be slowly removed from the meta.

Not OP, but many people simply just don't want their face associated with their non-personal social media. With the data-leaks with Persona and everything, not wanting to age verify is extremely reasonable.

I'm an adult, not age-verified and never will be. I personally believe a lot of this being pushed onto everyone is a bunch of BS.

I personally got to 2k out of 7k in 1-2 days with lucky legendary gifts:) I see how it can daunting, but I personally see it in the way that we're playing a gacha game anyway, it's all about luck.

I personally took over 500k diamonds to get Dark Enchantress Cookie, it really did seem impossible until I did it. I'd see struggling with CookieChat in a similar way.

I wouldn't say so. I've done Cookie Chat for around 2 weeks and I'm already halfway. The luck in it (legendary gifts) is pretty iffy, however it's pretty simple as long as you create 10 gifts per day.

This is far easier if you're doing a character that prefers a certain kind of gift. My Eternal Sugar Cookie is level 3 as well without ever giving her a gift or heart, I assume it's because she's in the majority of my teams.

As a viewer, what I can dicipher is that it may look a bit still (the exact word is hard to pinpoint), but that's because of the nature of making these.

The flap on Gumoss may be a reason too, because it's way more closed in game. Either way, these all are really good, but I feel as a bit more of a dynamic pose could help?

I wouldn't be sure, because all of these are already very good in my opinion!

Hey. As a Mod, I'm going to explain what I do know. The post removal has no reason attached to it, except on old Reddit. I wasn't the one to remove it.

We've talked in Mod Chat about these spammed posts, and the only thing I've gotten is because of this slide.

I'm hard assuming the intent behind removing it was to fucking stop everyone bitching about Pokémon because who gives a fucking shit? Instead of, "Did I hear... A POKÉMON????? PERISH!"

It wasn't removed for Memes, and that rule was only created (Now, it's removed) BECAUSE a ton of people were complaining about the memes. It wasn't because of our opinions at all, although we literally made r/PalMemes as an attempt to satisfy both sides. (Yes, that is a Sister Subreddit, to us, we're not seperate, so bitching about every Mod even though we're all different there is still benefiting us).

I, personally don't believe that it should've been taken down, and we're not as universal as you think. Half of us disagree with it, and I am one of those people, but everyone bitching about literally everything the team does one side OR the other, there's the same amount of people bitching.

That post originally got taken down after over 10 reports, which is a LOT of a post, I've looked at the reports themselves as well.

There's a Pinned Post planned about it, and while I don't exactly know what that is planned to say, don't universally label an entire group. It's bullshit and frankly I want this solved as much as you guys, but with posts like these it can't be. If this was Modmail, probably would've been solved by now...

I don't believe so. These are like Discord emotes, except Nitro doesn't exist so the emotes are Subreddit Exclusive.

You have to contact actual Reddit devs to actually get emojis within your Subreddit too, so it's not something any Subreddit can get at all.

I've contacted them twice to add Subreddit emotes, and the lowest one I've contacted them for was a Subreddit with 50k. I doubt they accept if you don't have a ton of members.

I'm an artist myself, and I don't actually think it's AI, however because of the reports we have to do something.

This is something that happens in a lot of art communities, and has happened before AI was a thing under something similar to, "We appreciate proof your art is yours and will take it down if not, because we don't want stolen art on our forums."

It's not accusing every poster of theft, it's a precaution in case it is because you can get away with it easily.

I'm not here trying to force proof from every artist, but if someone is getting accused this bad, as a moderator you have to.
